    It is advisable to cook not frozen trout, but chilled. But the best option is fresh fish. It can be baked, fried, steamed or salted. Because of its fat content, trout is excellent on the grill. You can add various seasonings. Ginger, herbs and lemon are especially suitable.

    Trout contains various fatty acids, for example: omega-3 and omega-6. It contains vitamins A, B, D and E, as well as pyridoxine, riboflavin, folic, pantothenic and nicotinic acids. Potassium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, calcium and cholesterol are also included in its composition. It is worth noting the amino acids in this fish: lysine, leucine, phenylalanine, arginine, valine, histidine, alanine, aspartic and glutamic acids. Calorie content: 97 kcal per 100 g. Protein - 20 g, fat - about 5 g, and no carbohydrates at all.
