Bream meat contains vitamins A, B1, B2, PP, E and C, as well as important microelements, including quite rare ones - chromium, fluorine, nickel and molybdenum. The fat content of bream strongly depends on the age of the fish and ranges from 2 to 20%, the protein content is 13-20%.
